Goals: 1. 180/185 pounds or size 12/14 (whichever comes first) 2. Tone and shape my legs, thighs and arms
Personal Motivators: • I will be able to wear my size 12 dresses for the Black & White Affair Dec 06 and on the cruise in 2007. • I will have maintained control in what I eat and my exercise. • I will reach my size 12/14 with all my 16's too big. • I will continue to shop at any store. • I will be able to wear my swimsuit with no skirt no wrap.
• My thunder thighs will be gone. • Self sabotage will be a thing of the past.

I always get inspired to keep trying to lose the buldge every time I leave your site.
Everyday was pretty easy to follow plan except Saturday. I had bible study and a retirement party to attend. For bible study I took my morning snack, passed on the refreshments served and grabbed a bottle of water. Saturday night I choose the chicken and salad. I indulged in a little chips with salsa and guacamole. I also had some of the cheese ball made with olives and shredded cheese (I used the crackers as a plate). Everything else was too starchy. Portions were off, but not too bad. When it was dessert time, I had some cantaloupe and a little more chicken.
My second coaching call was Thursday evening instead of Tuesday. We went over my progress for the previous week and discussed all the suggestions that she gave me. I noticed with the fiber supplements I haven't experienced as much stomach discomfort. I definitely took less tums this past week. We agreed I would continue replacing my dinner fruit with a veggie until I am into the 180's. I am thinking maybe when I see 185 again. My next few calls will be on Tuesdays. I wanted it that way so it would fall on my official weigh in day.
Weigh in - 192 down 3. I am determined that this is the last time I report 192 or above as a weigh in. I am setting a goal of 2 pounds this week. The 185 was the lowest while eating soup, fruit and too few calories. 191 is my LFL lowest weight. Next week I want 190. I want to report a low LFL weight.
Another A+ exercise week. I have increased my elliptical minutes from 30 to 35 - trying to get back to my highest of 50 minutes. It was raining this week so I couldn't get out for my new 4 mile track walk/jog routine. No worries - WATP to the rescue. Saturday morning laundry got in the way so Sunday morning before church I did the 4 mile Super Challenge. Last night I did the gazelle while I watched a movie and tried the easyshaper afterwards. My legs could not take so three minutes was all I could do. I am counting those three hard minutes. I need every one I can get to make my 1,000 minute goal. Today I have 507.
